1. RETURN & EXCHANGE PERIOD
You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of the delivery date. Returns requested after this period may not be accepted.
2. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS
- Items must be in their original condition – unworn, unwashed, unused, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
- Clearance, final sale, or personalized/custom products are non-returnable.
3. REFUND PROCESS
- Original Payment Method: Refunds will be issued back to the same method used for purchase.
- Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
- Shipping Fees: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are covered by us only for defective or incorrect items.
4. EXCHANGES
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or product, please indicate your request when contacting us. Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If unavailable, a refund will be processed instead.
5. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging. We will cover the return costs and offer a replacement or full refund.
