At Starship Shopping, operating as 360 Unlimited, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase of our posters or apparel, you may request a return or refund under the conditions outlined below.
1. RETURN & EXCHANGE PERIOD
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Requests made after this period will unfortunately not be accepted.
2. ELIGIBILITY & CONDITION
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unwashed, unused, and in its original packaging.
- Proof of Purchase: A receipt or order number is required for all returns.
- Non-returnable items: Personalized prints, custom apparel, or items marked as “Final Sale” cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged.
3. RESTOCKING FEES
We believe in transparent pricing. 360 Unlimited does not charge any restocking fees for returned items.
4. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
- Defective or Incorrect Items: If the return is due to our error (damaged poster, wrong size clothing), 360 Unlimited covers 100% of the return shipping costs.
- Customer Remorse (Change of Mind): If you simply changed your mind or ordered the wrong size/design, the customer is responsible for the actual cost of return shipping.
5. REFUND PROCESS
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days and automatically applied to your original method of payment.

- If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

7. DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEMS
Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us within 3 days at [email protected] with clear photos so we can evaluate the issue and make it right immediately.
