1. ORDER PROCESSING TIME (HANDLING TIME)
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday – Friday) following payment confirmation. This includes design verification, quality checks for our posters and apparel, and secure packaging. Orders are not processed on weekends or the following U.S. public holidays:
- New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, Presidents’ Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve & Christmas Day.
2. SHIPPING DESTINATIONS
We currently ship to:
- Domestic (United States): All 50 states. (Note: We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or U.S. Territories like Puerto Rico and Guam).
- International: Germany & France.
3. SHIPPING METHODS, TIMES & FEES
We use reliable carriers including USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL to ensure your package arrives in perfect condition.

4. ORDER MODIFICATIONS & CANCELLATIONS
You can edit or cancel your order within 12 hours of placement by contacting us at [email protected]. Once the order enters the printing/processing stage (after 12 hours), it cannot be canceled.
5. TRACKING YOUR ART
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number. You can track your package directly on our website or through the carrier’s portal.
6. LOST, DELAYED, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
Lost/Missing: If tracking shows “Delivered” but you cannot find your package, please check with neighbors or contact the carrier. If still missing, notify us within 7 days of the delivery date.
Damaged Items: We take great care in packing our posters and clothing. If your item arrives damaged, please email photos and your order number to [email protected] within 3 days. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost to you.
