1. ORDER PROCESSING TIME
All orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days following payment confirmation. This includes verification, quality checks, and secure packaging. Orders are not processed on weekends or the following U.S. public holidays:
- New Year’s Day (Jan 1)
- Martin Luther King Jr. Day
- Presidents’ Day
- Memorial Day
- Independence Day (Jul 4)
- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving Day
- Christmas Eve & Christmas Day (Dec 24–25)
2. SHIPPING DESTINATIONS
We currently offer delivery to:
- Domestic – United States (all states except P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, and U.S. territories such as Puerto Rico, Guam, and U.S. Virgin Islands).
- International – Germany & France (standard international shipping only).
3. SHIPPING METHOD, ESTIMATED TIME & FEES
Domestic (United States):
- Method: Standard Ground Shipping
- Estimated Delivery: 6–10 business days after processing
- Cost: $5.99 flat rate per order
- Carriers: USPS, UPS, or FedEx (chosen based on location, package size, and availability)
International (Germany & France):
- Method: Standard International Shipping
- Estimated Delivery: 8–15 business days after processing
- Cost: $12.99 flat rate per order
- Carriers: DHL, UPS, or FedEx (based on destination and service availability)
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information.
4. ORDER MODIFICATIONS & CANCELLATIONS
You can edit or cancel your order within 12 hours by contacting [email protected]. After 12 hours, the order enters processing and cannot be canceled, although you may update the shipping address prior to dispatch.
5. LOST, DELAYED, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
Lost Packages: If tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received it:
- Check with household members, neighbors, or building staff.
- Look around your property (mailbox, porch, garage, etc.).
- Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number.
If your package remains missing, email us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. We will investigate and offer a replacement or refund if appropriate.
Delayed Packages: Standard delivery times are estimates. Delays may happen due to weather, customs (for international shipments), high seasonal demand, carrier issues, or incorrect addresses. Contact us if your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe.
Damaged Packages: If your order arrives damaged:
- Take clear photos of the item and packaging.
- Email them along with your order number to [email protected] within 3 days of receipt.
- We will review your claim and provide a replacement or refund. If a return is necessary, we cover the shipping cost.
